1. MEETINGS:
Quorum 2007, Order of Ministry 12 (11.6)/ 35, Lay 12Announcement Time:
–.–.1996 - That Presbytery business only, be reported at announcement time and that all other materials and notices be placed on the table to be picked up by each representative.
JUNE BANQUET:
–05.2005 - That complimentary meals at the June Banquet be extended to: retired ministry personnel, lay worship leaders, visitors from London Conference, secretary, active overseas personnel, motion amended to include invited guests.
–.05.2005 - That the cost of tickets for the June Banquet be raised to $12.00 each.
MEALS:
Guaranteed number of meals paid for by Presbytery:
–.–.2003 - That 50 guaranteed meals be approved....
Meals & List of Presbytery Representatives:
14.11.2006- Executive Mtg: IT WAS AGREED that a Permanent List of presbytery representatives be formed. Regrets need to be called to Barb ( The Secretary), not to anyone else If Barb(The Secretary) does not have your regrets you will be charged $10.00 to cover the cost of your meal.
18.09.2007: MOTION: that the price for Presbytery dinners
be raised to $10.00 as of October 2007 - seconded, carried

Minutes:
–.–.1996 - that the list of correspondence be sent with the minutes.
–.–.2002 - that all minutes will be emailed and/or mailed and no longer put on the web page.
Letters:
–.–.1996 - that Division Chairs (now Committee Convenors) compose letters they wish the Secretary to send out with regard to their own Divisions (now Committee) and that the Secretary should receive a copy of any correspondence sent out.
Re Westside Friendship Group:
–.–.2000 -that the Secretary receive copies of all reports from the Westside Friendship Group to be forwarded to London Conference.
Internet Access:
–.01.2007 - That Presbytery maintain the high speed internet access for the Secretarial position.
Conference Registration:
–.02.2005 - that beginning in 2006, Registration Forms for London Conference Annual Meeting, will be distributed with the Secretary's name and address on the Registration Forms for easy clarification on where to sen the Registration Form. This will enable the Secretary to more accurately ascertain that all registration forms are filled out correctly and exactly who will be attending Conference.
Annual Banquet
