COMMITTEES IN ESSEX PRESBYTERY Essex Presbytery carries out its many duties
by appointing Committees to do its work.
The basic structure includes the following six Committees.
  
FAITH & FORMATION
- to promote Worship, Evangelism, Education & Leadership
- promoting the work of the AOTS/UCW/Youth & Young Adult Groups
JUSTICE/SOCIAL ISSUES
- Christian Development/Camp Experiences/Rural Life/Downtown Mission
EDUCATION & STUDENTS
- to encourage and support those pursuing Presbytery accountable ministries
PASTORAL CARE & OVERSIGHT
- to visit pastoral charges to offer support and encouragement
PASTORAL RELATIONS
- to oversee ministry personnel and promote harmony
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
- to guide, direct & oversee Presbytery's financial responsibilities
- to guide and develop stewardship resources
